About us
Our Story & Vision
We believe movement is for everyone. No ego, no judgement - just a beautiful space to connect with your body and your breath.
Our studio was built to be more than a place to work out. It’s a place to reset, to recharge, and to feel at home. Whether you're stepping onto the reformer for the first time or you're here five days a week, you're part of a community that moves with purpose and positivity.
We’re here to empower you - with good vibes, great classes, and even better people.
Meet our instructors

Beki
Beki, one of our studio co-owners, found her deep love and passion for reformer whilst living in Australia for 6 months, where she discovered a whole new community that celebrated strength, support and body confidence. With a background in dance and a lifelong love of fitness, everything aligned - she found a practice that challenged her body and fueled her purpose. She prides herself on being your calm-but-fiery guide-grounded, encouraging and all about that perfect form. With a gift for building body confidence and creating feel-good flows, you’ll move mindfully, laugh often, and definitely feel the burn (in the best way).

Annabel
Annabel is a dedicated Pilates instructor and former dancer. After practising Pilates for over 8 years, Annabel began teaching in 2024 and is so grateful to have turned her passion into a career.
Combining her dance and Pilates training Annabel prioritises correct form, alignment and mind to body connection to design her classes to flow, challenge and inspire you to unlock your full potential.

Hannah
Hannah has always been passionate about dance and fitness and began her career in the fitness industry in 2011. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Trainer, she combines her expertise with her personal experience as a mother of two to promote safe and effective training during pregnancy and postpartum. Hannah enjoys challenging and encouraging her clients and wants them to leave feel strong and empowered.

Lauren
After discovering her passion for reformer Pilates, Lauren transformed her hobby into a career. She completed her training at the prestigious Reformer Fitness Academy in London and has continued to grow ever since. Lauren loves designing new flows for her classes, connecting with clients, and watching their progress over time. Her dynamic training style allows her to bring a high level of creativity and energy to her lesson planning. Outside of pilates, you can find Lauren sipping on Aperols, shopping for home interiors or planning her next holiday!

Mollie
Mollie has been practicing and enjoying the benefits of Pilates for many years and with her prior experience as a gymnast and qualified gymnastics coach she decided to start teaching reformer Pilates.
The importance of controlled movement is something Mollie encourages whilst delivering challenging flows for all levels.
Alongside Pilates instructing she works as a Graphic designer, so expect lots of creativity in her classes!

The Studio
We’ve created a boutique studio that feels as good as the movement itself - warm, minimal, and full of good energy.
