How It Works
The reformer machine uses a sliding carriage, adjustable springs for resistance, and a combination of straps, pulleys and platforms to guide the body through controlled, precise movements.
It’s a method grounded in the breath, core activation, postural alignment, and mindful movement - all supported by resistance and flow. Movements can be made more gentle or more challenging depending on your level, making it suitable for nearly everyone.
