Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Late cancellations and no-shows will count as a used session for members, or be charged in full for drop-in bookings.
This helps us keep things fair for all clients and allows others the chance to take your spot.
What to Bring / Wear
- Grip socks - We have a strict grip sock policy and they must be worn for safety and hygiene — we have some available to purchase at the studio.
- Please wear comfortable, activewear - for safety it's recommended to avoid baggy trousers.
- Mats and all equipment are provided — just bring yourself, your socks and a water bottle.
- You’re welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes early to settle in.
How does the waitlist work?
All of our classes at Innate Studios operate on a waitlist system.
If a class you’d like to attend is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
Should a space become available due to a cancellation, you will be notified via email. You’ll then be able to follow the link provided in the email to confirm your spot.
Please note: you will not be automatically added to the class, so be sure to check your inbox regularly.
If you are no longer able to attend or no longer wish to join the class, we kindly ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist to give others the chance to take your place, as spaces are limited.
Terms & Conditions
1. Assumption of Risk
All exercise and wellness activities carry a degree of risk. By attending classes at Innate Studios, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation and any potential injuries or health issues that may occur.
You agree to inform your instructor of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before class begins.
2. Medical Clearance
Our classes are designed to be safe and inclusive, but we recommend consulting a medical professional before beginning any new exercise programme — especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a health condition.
3. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for listening to your body and working within your own limits. Instructors may offer adjustments and guidance, but participation is at your discretion.
Innate Studios is not liable for any injury or harm sustained as a result of participation, unless caused by proven negligence.
4. Studio Etiquette
We ask all clients to treat our instructors, team, and fellow members with kindness and respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. Late Arrivals & Cancellations
Please arrive on time. Entry may not be permitted after the class begins to ensure the safety and flow of the session. Cancellations made within the allowed window (24 hours prior) will not incur a charge.
