Membership Terms

These terms apply to Innate Studios memberships, class packages and introductory offers, alongside our Studio Policies. Innate Studios is a trading name of [Company Name] Ltd.

Minimum term and renewal
All memberships have a minimum term of 3 months, paid monthly. At the end of each 3-month term, your membership renews automatically for a further 3 months unless you opt out.
Before each renewal, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like to continue. To cancel, reply to that email or contact hello@innatestudios.co.uk before your renewal date. If you don't opt out, your membership continues for the next 3-month term.

Monthly classes
Each membership includes the number of classes per month shown on our Memberships page. Monthly classes must be used within 4 weeks, or 8 weeks for the Prenatal Package. Classes not used within this time expire.

Holiday pause
You can pause your membership when you go away. Just tell us the dates; no notice period is needed. Your membership is paused for the time you request, and your renewal date moves back by the same length of time.

Cancelling a class
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your class. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used class for members and class package holders, and drop-in bookings are charged in full. We know life happens, so if something serious comes up, get in touch and we'll look at it case by case.

Class packages
The 5 and 10 Class Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The Mat Pilates members' 5 Class Package is valid for 8 weeks. Other packages are valid for the period shown at purchase. Classes not used within the validity period expire.

Introductory offers
Intro offers are for new customers only and limited to one per person. The Reformer Pilates intro offer must be used within 21 days of purchase, and the Mat Pilates intro offer within 14 days.

Ultimate Flow
Ultimate Flow includes unlimited classes, subject to availability, plus one free guest pass per month and 10% off workshops.

Payments
Membership payments are taken monthly through our booking platform, Momence. If a payment fails, we'll get in touch to sort it out.

Your health
Please tell your instructor about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy before class. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, only our prenatal classes are suitable. If you're pregnant, have recently had a baby or are recovering from an injury, please check with your GP, midwife or physiotherapist before starting.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will tell members about any significant changes before they take effect.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
